I have had several people ask me "Hey Dave, how come you never make stuff for the ladies?" so I gave it a shot....aaaaaaaand the jury is still out on how that went. I had mixed feelings on the recent Snow White reboot, I really liked the environments and costuming but it lacked in plot, but I thought it would be a good source of inspiration for this pendant. For some reason I was completely unable to resist the urge to bedazzle this with weapons of mayhem and destruction(the huntsman's axes/Snow Whites dwarven sword, the evil queens crown) and it ended up being about 2" from top to bottom, so it could probably stop an arrow as long as they didnt hit you in the apple hole(ha ha best term ever) and speaking of the apple hole, if you notice, the heart/apple negative space on the front crest passes all the way through and is also the center piece of the hands/mirror motif on the back. The quote "mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?" is captured in raised letters right above the mirror but I think I am going to go with a more legible font in future reproductions. I am offering this one for 30 bucks shipped to your house, in stainless steel.(5 bucks extra for shipping if you live in Canada/Mexico, 10 extra for Asia, Australia, and Europe)

*ps- every once in awhile I get folks asking me "hey Dave how you done did that?" So to save a bunch of follow up emails, I design my stuff in the computer and then have a company "print" it out in metal.

Were you looking for bone or steel? I have done two steel hooks(I have done a 3rd one but have not taken pics yet) What did you have in mind?

XD I agree. I do truly love your work! It is really awesome! Makes me miss my metals and jewelry class in college.

I was hopefully looking into bone but your steel ones are exciting as well! I was also wondering if it were possible to form the hook so that something was depicted in it or a picture could be made onto the hook. You see, I have had the nickname Scubacat for the longest time and I was wondering if my character (the scuba diving mountain lion) could be depicted in one somehow.

insane and yes thats a girl comment my mouth is open so let me close it and say,,, wow this is beyond amazing and i am gonna have to buy one and hopefully after my home move my artist room will push out something awesome (not nearly as bad a$$ as yours though)

this piece is simply perfect!
